Parts of speech

Let's learn more about parts of speech - 



. Nouns are the Names of things, places, persons and emotions etc. Examples  - Garden, John, Delhi, Book,  heat, 

. Pronouns are words which are used in place of nouns. Example  - I, we, you, he, my etc.

. Verb is a word which refers to an action.  Example  - run, laugh, write, help etc. 

. Adjective  is a word which qualifies a noun or a pronoun. Example  - Good, hot, warm, high etc.


Read and learn them. We shall discuss more in next part.

Number change -

 We shall learn more about number and gender.  There are two numbers - Singular number and Plural number.  Singular number me and single or one. Plural is formed by the word poly which means more than one. It means many. Let's learn how to change  singular number into plural number.  1. By adding 's' -  Boy.     - boys Girl.    - girls  Table  - tables Book.  - books Room. - rooms House - houses 2.  Dear Students  Nouns are names. They have 5 types -  1. Proper nouns (व्यक्तिवाचक संज्ञा) - This noun refers to names of specific person,  place,  thing etc.  Example  - Taj Mahal,  Mumbai, Mr. Anand, America,  Himalyas etc.  Note - Proper nouns का प्रत्येक  word capital letter  से शुरू होता है । Example  - Delhi, Sunil, Hari Singh,  Max etc. 2.
